The Learning Alliance Approach
The Learning Alliance approach includes creating a Learner-Centered Environment. The student has the power of choice in what they learn, and how they learn best. Before the class, they will be introduced to content. While in the classroom, they will actively engage and practice new concepts. And after the class they will be supported to apply what they learned with the assistance of learning coaches and facilitators.
Training will still be provided in a workshop/classroom environment, but Learning Alliance will, over time, expand and diversify its offerings. You will have the option of live, instructor-led interactive courses, virtual classrooms, online seminars, quick-reference visual aids, eLearning (online classes), and mLearning (mobile-based instruction). Learning Alliance has vowed to shift and change as technology grows and so do the needs of you, our members.
The Learning Alliance will also develop Custom Learning Tracks to meet all member profiles. Whether you are one man and a truck, a small team with a few trucks, or a large complex organization with several layers of leadership and a dedicated trainer, you will find a guided roadmap for your success.
Also critical to the Learning Alliance’s approach is Full Lifecycle Learning. While many training platforms will focus on developing skills necessary to make your teams successful in their current role, the Learning Alliance will broaden its focus to develop the whole person. Expanded programs will include hiring and recruiting, onboarding support, promotion practices, and retention packages. Programs will embrace best practices across various industries to provide tools and resources as well as leadership development to ensure proper implementation in your organization.
