This agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and Learning Alliance with respect to the Site and your use of same.Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Client initiated cancellations made 10 or more business days prior to the first day of any training class will receive a class credit for the full amount of tuition paid or full value of voucher.
- If Client cancels the class after the stated deadline Client will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $250. This cancellation fee will cover Facilitator(s) travel arrangements, prearranged meals and print materials. Cancellation fee’s will be charged to the credit card and/or bank account on file upon notification of cancellation.
- All cancellations need to be sent via email to LearningAlliance@yoursgi.com.
- Failure to notify Learning Alliance, in writing, of cancellation or reschedules will result in a forfeiture of the entire tuition and vouchers will be voided. This includes No Shows.
- Class credits arising from cancellations will expire after 120 days of issuance.
